BP2: How does one switch to active scanning mode?What significance does it hold for low-power devices?

We have directly integrated the active scanning mode switch into the firmware. With a simple tap, you can switch its mode without needing to recompile the firmware or perform other operations, enabling maximum adjustment of the gateway to your required mode.

When should this switch be turned off?

• When low-power devices do not wish to be frequently woken up to respond to BLE packets, thereby reducing their power consumption and avoiding constant occupation of the BLE channel.

• For instance, the BTHome thermometer and hygrometer utilising the ATC_MiThermometer firmware is also generally advised to be switched off.
