DIY order shipping may be delayed by up to 3 days during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, from September 24–25 and September 30–October 3.
Hi! It’s that time of year again! Time really flies! And of course, we’re very happy to keep sharing some DIY projects with everyone.
During the holidays, our logistics providers will also be taking some time off, which will affect the speed of shipping updates. Here are the affected periods:
- DIY orders placed between September 24 and September 25 may not receive shipping updates until the early hours of September 26. Depending on your time zone, this may appear as September 27.
- Orders placed between September 30 and October 3 will receive updates on October 4 (or October 5 in some regions).
The above is our best-case estimate. Whenever possible, we hope to get these fun little gadgets into everyone’s hands as quickly as we can, so you can try them out and enjoy them.
