New firmware for the SFA-40A, with lovely curves; the SFA-40 slides just like the SFA-30.

In the new SFA40-A firmware (V26.09.03), the readings fluctuate in tandem with the environment—which is marvellous—and this is one of the sensor’s finest features: consistency.

We’ve been delighted to explore this fascinating SFA-40A sensor with you all, detecting unexpectedly introduced formaldehyde and ensuring a healthy indoor environment – that’s brilliant!

One reading was 10 ppb; although this falls within the margin of error (20 ppb), the performance curve remains consistent. Yes, it’s beautiful – a source of pride for this outstanding, world-class sensor.
