The THS45 is the sensor with the highest humidity accuracy we have ever manufactured; the THS-M45, which features a modified sensor chip, is the next best in this regard.They all use the SHT45 sensor.

We’ve recently been building some DIY sensors using ultra-high-precision temperature and humidity sensors, and we’re delighted to have manufactured hundreds of each type to share with people all over the world; they all seem to be working quite reliably. One of these involves modifying the off-the-shelf THS-M45 temperature and humidity sensor; from our tests, the THS45 sensor with an exposed probe appears to perform very well—it responds sensitively to humidity, allowing the SHT45 to perform to its full potential.
