[WS2]New Preview Firmware Update: WS2-25.11.28-A-PREVIEW

This update primarily introduces a new ESPHome kernel, fixes a potentially abnormal bug, and leverages the memory advantages of the new ESP-IDF.

Update Details

Utilizes the new ESP-IDF framework for improved runtime performance.
Resolves an issue where probe counts were occasionally published as NA. Sensors now broadcast their probe count every 15 seconds.(Thanks to Lukas for the feedback)
Includes several minor adjustments.
Employs Home Assistant (HA) as the NTP time source server, discontinuing use of public servers.
